Black Mirror: Bandersnatch - My Experience Watching It On Netflix

January 4, 2019
I watched the newest episode of Black Mirror entitled "Bandersnatch" via Netflix not by downloading it from torrent sites nor watching the episode via free video streaming sites or links. I decided to watch it on Netflix and not by the mentioned means to experience the "interactive" feature of the episode. It is only available on the said streaming service and not on the MKV or MP4 formats that the torrent sites provide.

The following is the official poster of Black Mirror: Bandersnatch :

Black Mirror: Bandersnatch

The story surround with a game programmer who is coding a game based on a fantasy novel which allows players to choose paths. Soon, reality and virtual world mixed that led to confusion of the main character. The said episode as mentioned is interactive and its ending or scenes are based on the choices made of the viewer. There's a scene where viewers are asked to select what path or action to do in a certain situation which will lead to consequences or events. Actually I don't count the number of endings I've watched but based on some viewers, there are five different endings in the episode.

In my case, I need to go back to a scene to get to different endings and need to watch the same scene again and again. There's one path that confuses me where Colin Ritman died after I choose him to jump in a scene and then comes to the scene where Stefan kills his father and then the Tuckersoft big boss then Ritman's wife came to look for him. That path didn't answer where Ritman have gone or where his dead body goes. My theory is that Stefan just hallucinate that Ritman did jumped but actually didn't but the question is where did he goes? He gone missing after that event.

Oh well, I might watch Bandersnatch again tonight.
