The vampire series, The Vampire Diaries, return this Thursday night, September 15 for its 3rd season opening with an episode title of "The Birthday" which continues with what the 2nd season had left off. In the episode, it will be Elena's birthday but it seems that "our princess" of TVD is missing something, actually it is someone. Why? Its because Stefan is not there for her on supposedly a special day for her. However, the bad boy vamp is there to be the proxy for him i.e. Damon. Will his charm take Elena's heart or what?
