Pacquiao vs. Cotto will be coming the boxing fans way on November 14, 2009 and it is on its stage of finalization. Paper works are all about in place as both camps of Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao (Philippines) and Miguel Cotto (Puerto Rico) agreed to fight on 145 pounds maximum weight match. Bob Arum of Top Promotions said that this was what they've discussed right before his vacation in Italy.
