Typhoon "Ondoy" hits the Philippines and Luzon really hard. Marikina, Pasig and other part of Manila and Quezon City was flooded after 6 hours of continuous rain. According to PAGASA (Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration), today's volume of rainfall that was cause by the said flood is the highest volume ever in the history. You will see from the footage from different news feed from ABS-CBN, GMA 7 and other TV station in the Philippines people were stranded on the top of their roofs and waiting for rescue.
