PLDT myDSL, PLDT Watchpad a Fail? Customer Service Sucks!

Have you heard these lines for a thousand times?

"Your call is important to us, our service representatives are assisting other calls at the moment. Please stay on the line until a representative becomes available to take your call."

I have called PLDT 24/7 171/172 customer service / DSL helpdesk and for about 10-20 minutes (in several call attempt) I have heard these lines and really annoyed by this. Imagine last night I don't have an internet connection from 6PM till morning and tried to call them and no one could help me. No one is answering their help line. They should removed the hot line and tell their clients that if there are problems with the PLDT DSL connection, "just don't call and wait until it got fixed by itself!" I am really disappointed with this service and unfortunately I have no choice but to stay with this company because they almost (actually all) owned all the lines and source of the internet in the country.

They even bragging about their PLDT Watchpad where you could watch TV shows online which the first time that I could make use of it in the Pacquiao vs. Cotto fight and in my disappointment, it disconnected this morning saying I am offline and check my connection even the 2MBps PLDT connection Excite plan that I have is online. PLDT just don't care about their clients because they know that they don't have any competition at all. They knew that clients don't have any choice but to get their service just to have an internet service at their home. I never thought that this is really happening and how PLDT really sucks as other are saying online and even offline.

How can we have a better internet experience if the provider can't provide it? Even the government don't care about this internet instead they are more concern of their positions and don't make any law that will make a vast improvement in the internet connection of the country. What a life in PLDT DSL! If I just can have other internet connection other than this I will really discontinue this service. It really sucks!

sinabi mo na lahat peru d ko maubos maisip kung bkit everytime may impotante lban sa boxing kailangan mo pa rin mgregister smntlang nung nagpakbit ka nitong buisit na dsl sbi nila one time registration bkitbkitbkit kc tanggap ng tanggap na subscriber maski na d na kya anong masabi mo jan d ba ksapuwangan at katakawgan d na kyang lulunin subo pa ng subo GANID bless u na lng

Nag subscribe kmi, 990,over charging kayo di pa updated yung billing.Magaling naningil alpak serbisyo..It sucks...

same problem here and worst maybe, I haven't seen any shows on my watchpad yet..... my subscription is 1299/month...The technical assistance weren't unsure too , what's wrong????

A pldt agent call us & asking if we want to pursue the pacman vs mosley fight.

We said yes because the agent from pldt says we will get a speed boost on internet resulting to a 2 mbps speed. Our original speed is 1 mbps & they also said we can get more channels in watchpad like HBO, cinema one & many more.

Last she tell me it only takes 48 hours and after that register again in pacman vs mosley fight, because our ip address will change to a new one.

WTF? its almost 1 week & im still waiting for email responds

Grabe ang PLDT, unang plan nmin 1299, last year naman mabilis bilis pa siya, pero nitong nag 2011 na sobrang bumagal na, then nag pa upgrade kami to 1mbps, and guess what, walang improvement, hindi ko ramdam ung 1mbps. Sinubukan kong tumawag sa kanila, may pinaayos nmn sakin sa Internet Explorer, then pinatry nya sakin ung speedtest.net, ang resulta,ung DL speed ko 0.97. Mejo natuwa ako nun, edi binaba ko n ung telepono. Pagkatapos nanuod ako ng 5mins na video kasi ittry ko kung mabilis nga tlga, pinindot ko n ung play, then after 20 seconds biglang titigil n ung video, tpos mga 5 minutes ang iintayin ko bago mag play ulit. Sa sobrang badtrip ko, tinesting ko nmn sa ibang browser(Internet Explorer ung una kong gnmit) ginamit ko nmn ngaun eh ung Google Chrome, pag ka tingin ko sa speedtest, nging 0.45kbps na siya, lalong bumaba. Pakiramdam ko tuloy na scam kami, kasi ung pingwa sakin sa internet explorer, pinadelete lng sakin ung mga browsing history kya tumaas ung DL speed nmin sa speedtest.net pero lalong bumagal, kahit ung online game lng mismo ung nka open sobrang delay prin. GRABE na tlaga ang PLDT walang kwenta talaga ang mga puta

ganun talaga walang magagawa dahil halos pldt ang may malaking connection sa bansa.... ewan ko ba

as of now nga ehh... naghihintay pa din ako sa service representative..... sa init ng panahon ngaun umiinit na din ulo...... bwisit na PLDT....

ano ba yan PLDT watchpad hindi maka connect samantalang registered user ako plan999 naka ka asar sabi pwede manood paquiao mosley fight buwisit talaga.......................

grabe naman PLDT nag bayad kana lahatlahat hangang ngayun wala parin kaming connection sa bahay, ano ba naan yan SIR nakak tatlong bwan na akong bayad ng bayad kahit wala ako connection sa bahay dipa rin nyo ginagawa re connection namin SAMAT SIR TA MABUHAY KAPA SANA NG MATAGAL
